Our department was the first and still one of the very few in the country to acquire a Target Controlled Infusion (TCI) system for computer-controlled delivery of IV anaesthetic agents’ Modern modular monitors are used for continuous monitoring of Pulse, Blood pressure, ECG, temperature, invasive pressures, end-tidal CO2 and anaesthetic gases, depth of anaesthesia, etc. There are dedicated OTs for Cardiac Surgery, Neurosurgery, Renal transplant, Joint replacement, Laparoscopic, Hysteroscopic, Urology, Thoracic and Vascular surgery, etc. 

At Batra Hospital, the anesthesiology department offers an "Acute Pain Service" that offers all these amenities to patients undergoing surgeries or those hurt in accidents and experiencing pain from fractures, etc. We also administer epidural analgesia for pleasant childbirth while caring for individuals who are in labour. We work hard to ensure that the patient has a reasonably pain-free and satisfying environment during the perioperative phase.
