Acupuncture is an important procedure in traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat diseases by puncturing certain points in the body with very fine needles without injection of any drugs. - Acupuncture by stimulating the anterior horn cells helps in regeneration of paralyzed or atrophic cells as in paralysis, liver failure, renal failure, diabetes etc
- Acupuncture increases the immunity of the body it helps in treating AIDS patients also.
