Dr. Nita Gurha is a senior Ophthalmologist heading the Department of Ophthalmology at Batra Hospital. She is a practicing general ophthalmologist managing problems encountered in a multi-specialty hospital including neuro-ophthalmic cases, eye problems associated with systemic diseases, vitreo-retinal disorders and ocular trauma. She is also a part of preventive health checkups, in which eye-examination is an integral part.
She specializes in phaco-emulsification (stitch less cataract surgery), MICS (microincision cataract surgery), toric IOLs, cataract refractive approach, lid and lacrimal sac surgeries, squint and glaucoma management (medical and surgical).
